These individuals guide the Board of Director's efforts to establish a network of global learning partners and with strengthening professional education programs through the creation of globally diverse Library Collective programming.

Hellen Amunga is a Lecturer at the University of Nairobi and founder of Literacy Impact. She is an information scientist and a career teacher trainer with extensive experience in both disciplines as a lecturer and consultant.

Ruth Berry is an eServices Library Technician at Georgina Public Library in Keswick, Ontario. Her career in public libraries spans 25 years and counting. Ruth's passion is supporting staff development in all areas in a library system. She is a lifelong learner and voracious reader who loves technology.

Inga Haugen approaches their career as a librarian on the same foundation as they do being a 13th-generation farmer, with compassion and fervor. In addition to earning their MSIS in 2014, their knowledge and experience as a grazing dairy farmer serves them in their position as the Life Sciences, Agriculture, and Scholarly Communications librarian at Virginia Tech. Haugen’s understanding of the unique challenges farmers face and the importance Agricultural Research and Extension Centers have on their livelihoods are a driving force for the work and research Haugen does. They are passionate about the dissemination of information that prioritizes the needs of communities, including establishing trust and confidence in the information itself. Haugen’s research also focuses on building equitable and inclusive communities where everyone has a sense of place and belonging. At the heart of their work is the desire for a world where no one goes hungry and the eradication of marginalization. Haugen is pursuing a Ph.D. in Agricultural Leadership and Community Education and is always working to make the world a better place.

Anu Moorthy Anu Moorthy is an electronic resources librarian at the Lane Medical Library, Stanford University. She is responsible for selecting, managing, maintaining, and providing access to all electronic resources.

Hannah Rutledge is the Director of the Holman Biotech Commons at the University of Pennsylvania Libraries. Additionally, she is a Consulting Scholar with the Penn Museum’s Cultural Heritage Center, and is the founder and Director of the Donna Ruth Else Roberts Library at the Kaxil Kiuic Biocultural Reserve and the Millsaps Puuc Archaeological Research Center in Oxkutzcab, Yucatan. Originally from a small town in south Arkansas, she holds a PhD in Information Science and an MLIS from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, and a BA in Anthropology from Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi. Hannah’s career includes 15 years of experience in leadership across hospital, corporate, and academic library environments. She joined Penn in June 2020, coming from Emory University in Atlanta, GA, where she was Head of Clinical Informationist Services at the Woodruff Health Sciences Center Library. She’s also held positions as Director of Research for an enterprise of advertising agencies, and as Medical Librarian at a pediatric hospital system. In 2016, her dissertation on the information needs of patient families and hospital staff at a pediatric hospital was identified as one of ten "most notable" by the American Library Association. Some of her ongoing research interests include bold library leadership; the history and future of libraries; the history and social impact of medicine; the anthropology of information; cultural heritage informatics; and diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, justice, and anti-racism in all areas of life. A mother of two young children, her spare time is spent reading books and doing anything outdoors.

Win Senoo is the Electronic Resources and Systems Librarian at The New Zealand Institute for Plant & Food Research. She has previously worked at the National Institute of Education (an institute of Nanyang Technological University) as Assistant Manager for Reference and Information Services in Singapore.
